INTRO

PepsiCo are one of the largest companies in the world, with a portfolio that includes Pepsi, Tropicana, Quaker Oats and many more.

They’ve recently updated their brand philosophy, and wanted to find a way of communicating it to their huge employee base.

CHALLENGE

PepsiCo were looking to raise awareness of their new brand messages with their employees. But as anyone at a large corporation will tell you, most newsletters / company intranets often get ignored, and messages can struggle to cut-through.

EXECUTION

The PepsiCo brand philosophy is all about putting smiles on people’s faces; customers, employees…shareholders. We took that message to heart, and set about creating an animated video with the same aim.

Using bright colours and beautiful illustrations, we were able to bring out the key messages of the PepsiCo brand in a fun and playful way, so that viewers would enjoy watching the video, and want to share it with colleagues.

RESULTS

The video was the most clicked on article on the PepsiCo intranet and is now being re-purposed to use externally!
